Effective September 1st, 2009, 702 Communications is pleased to be taking over the reign of GoMoorhead from Moorhead Public Service. We hope you will find the transition smooth and without any interruption in service. INVOICES
702 Communications will be modifying your billing cycle to align with its current customer base. If you are a 702 Communications customer today you will be receiving a consolidated bill for your 702 and GoMoorhead services starting October 10th. If you are only a GoMoorhead customer today your new bill cycle will be on the 10th of each month, starting October 10th. You have or will receive your September bill as scheduled on or around September 1st for the dates September 1st through September 30th. Your first bill from 702 Communications for GoMoorhead services will arrive on or around October 10th, 2009 and will be for the dates October 10th through November 9th. Charges for services from October 1st through October 9th will not be billed...our welcome gift to you!
CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS
Check Payments should continue to be written to GoMoorhead or 702 Communications. You can mail or drop off your payment at 702 Main Avenue, Moorhead, MN, 56560 anytime. Our office is open for walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Access to our drop box at 702 Main Avenue in Moorhead is available 24x7.
RECURRING ACH & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Your ACH & Credit Card financial information will be transferred to 702 and will continue to be used for your monthly payments as you previously authorized with GoMoorhead. Your payment for September services will be withdrawn on September 25th, the due date for your September invoice. All future auto-payments will be withdrawn on the 25th of each month.
ONE-TIME ONLINE PAYMENTS
You can still make one-time online payments at your convenience. You can do so with a Credit Card or Checking Account through 702's website at www.702com.net starting September 1st, 2009. You will need an account number and password to access the payment system. Look for our notice to you with your login instructions the first week in September.
HELP DESK
702 Communications is excited to offer you access to our local help desk for any service questions or troubles that you may experience after September 1st, 2009. 702's help desk is open Monday thru Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
